Jiahan 3D use optical grade PET film, coating the UV liquid resin on the PET surface first (resin layer thickness < 0.1 mm), use the property of the UV resin curing when it's exposed in UV light in engraving process, achieve the UV resin convert to the lenticular structure in the PET surface. The whole production process in dust-free, constant temperature, and constant humidity workshop, and use the ultra-precision engraving cylinder, without heating and cooling.

Q: Are you a factory? 

A: Yes, sure! We are professional 3D lenticular manufacturer, and we have very close partner making phone accessories factory with more than 20 years of OEM service in Dongguan, China. 

Q: What is your MOQ? 

A: Usually our MOQ is 100 pieces for each mold style, and 10 piecs for each picture design. For example, you can order 100 pieces of iPhone7 case with 10 different 3D or flipping pictures, and 100 pieces of iPhone7 plus case with other 10 different 3D or flipping pictures. 

Q: How man models cases do you have? 

A: We have different molds for popular models of I Phone, Samsung, HuaWei, Mi, OPPO, VIVO, Sony, HTC, LG etc. We will send you the stock list after receiving your request mail. You can order 100 pieces for each model. 

Q: What colors of the case available? 

A: Generally, there are transparent, black, white, red. And we also accept the customized color as you wish, when quantity if more than 10, 000PCS. 

Q. How many picture designs do you have? 

We have more than 160 picture designs with 3D effect or flipping effect for your option. You can order 10piecs for each design each model. 

Q. Can you custom my own design of picture? 

A. Yes, you just need to send your design, and we can customize as per your requirements, MOQ for customize if 10, 000PCS. We can customize any 3D, flipping, animation effect as per your own designs. 

Q: Are the quality of your product guaranteed? 

A: We have profesional QC to control the quality one by one. So do not worry about the quality. If there is some one defective, we can refund your money or send you a new one in next order. 

Q: Could I have a sample to check the quality?
